Unfortunately we know a thing or to about living with the devastating consequences of health that has taken a turn for the worse and the knock-on effect it has on the whole family. You’re not alone, and we want to reach out and help as many other people and families in the same boat as us. What health conditions are eligible?
Keen to know what health conditions will qualify for free funding? Either you or someone in your house will need to suffer from a severe or long-term health condition affected by living in a cold home. The health conditions fall into the following criteria:
Cardiovascular disease
A disease that affects your heart or blood vessels, such as a stroke.
Respiratory Disease
Having a problem that affects your airway or your lungs
Limited Mobility
Any condition that makes walking difficult or impossible.
Immunosuppression
A weakened immune system can be caused by a wide range of diseases as well as medicines designed to treat diseases.
What houses are eligible?
If your home (which can be either be a rental or owned by you) has an EPC rating of E or below or doesn’t have any EPC rating at all, your house could be eligible for funding.
Want to find out your EPC rating? If your house has an up-to-date Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating, you can find out what it is putting in your address details on the Government Energy Certificate website.
How it works

Fill out our application form which you can find here.
We’ll let you know whether we think you’re eligible, and will guide you through filling out the paperwork required (including a letter from your doctor or a relevant healthcare professional).

Our installer will contact you to arrange a survey of your house so we can get a full picture of what types of home upgrades your home will need to make it as cozy and energy efficient as possible.
Once a survey is complete, your home upgrade installation will be conducted. And then all that’s left to do is enjoy your beautifully cozy home.
